We respond to support tickets based on severity. Severity 1 tickets (Critical) will be answered within 2-4 hours, Severity 2 tickets (High) will be answered within 4-8 hours, Severity 3 (Medium) will be answered within 1-2 business days and Severity 4 (Low) will be answered within 3-4 business days.
